We kindly invite you to complete a short questionnaire on knowledge about inflammation as a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, on possible diagnosis, and management in the context of residual cardiovascular risk.

The results of the questionnaire will help in planning educational activities and preparing a short, very practical Expert Document which, based on available knowledge, will allow for effective diagnosis and management of this risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Due to the international nature of the prepared questionnaire, we also plan to present the results at the American Heart Association (AHA) 2024 Congress in Chicago.

Completing the questionnaire will take you no more than 10 minutes.
